Last week, Dr. Yolanda Lopez-Maldonado shared her efforts on knowledge systems and her vision for Indigenous Science, upon invitation to the Third Forum on Conservation and Human Rights, organised by the Pawanka Fund and the Wildlife Conservation Society, and held at Abu Dhabi, UAE on the 6-7 Oct 2025.

She participated on the theme Different Knowledge Systems: Science, Indigenous Science, and Traditional Knowledge.

A most insightful and enriching experience. Thanks to all the participants and to the sponsors for their generous support!
